REGULATIONS
Participation in the IV Cracow Harp Masterclasses is tantamount to accepting the regulations. Please read it carefully before submitting your application.
Regulations of the Cracow Harp Masterclasses
1. The Cracow Harp Workshop is organized by the Association "Music Collective". For each edition of the workshop, the organizers may invite various institutions as co-organizers.
2. The 4th Cracow Harp Masterclasses will be held on 31.05-02.06.2024.
3. The 4th Cracow Harp Masterclasses will take place in the building of the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Cracow at 7 Potebni St. The accompanying events will take place in the teaching halls and concert halls of the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Cracow and other entities and their location will be announced on the website, posters and promotional materials.
4. Participants in the workshops may be pupils, students and graduates of music schools and universities.
5. The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of participants qualified for the workshop based on the number and order of applications.
6. During the workshop, participants take part in open lessons with educators in an amount tailored to their level. Each participant is assigned 3 lessons lasting 45 minutes.
7. Lessons taught by guest speaker Silke Aichhorn will be conducted in English or German. At least basic ability to communicate in one of the languages is advisable. The organizers reserve the right to divide the lessons on the basis of repertoire and level. This division is subject to consultation between the participant/guardian and the organizers.
8. The organizers will provide practice rooms and lessons. During the Masterclasses, the company Salvi Haps Deutschland will provide instruments available to workshop participants. It is possible to come with your own instrument - the organizers are not responsible for private instruments.
9. Participants have free admission to all accompanying events (concerts and lectures). The events are open to the public.
10. The organizers do not provide food and accommodation.
11. The organizers do not provide legal guardianship for participants under the age of 18.
12. Workshop participants are obliged to prepare the repertoire they will work on during the masterclasses and which they will perform at the participants' concert. The repertoire of the concert will be determined by the pedagogues.
13. Concerts organized during the workshop are open to the public. The organizer reserves the right to photograph and record concerts and other events of the workshop participants and to distribute these materials for promotion without any financial obligation to the performers.
14. Participants receive a certificate of participation in the workshop.
15. Participation is conditional on payment of a fee of PLN 400.
The registration fee should be paid after receiving confirmation of eligibility for the workshop and the transaction confirmation should be sent to: krakowskiewarsztatyharfowe@gmail.com. The deadline for payment is May 10.
The fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation of participation in the workshop.

16. Applications for the workshop are accepted only through the form available on the workshop website.
17. Registration of participants takes place within 22.04-05.05.2024. Applications after the deadline will not be possible.
18. Participants qualified for the workshop will be informed by email, no later than May 7, 2024. The organizers have the right to unilaterally change this list.
19. Participants qualified for the workshop are required to pay the fee and send confirmation of the transaction to the email address no later than May 10. If the fee is not confirmed, the participant will be removed from the list and the place will be allocated to those on the reserve list.
20. Participants who do not qualify for the workshop will be put on the reserve list.
21. For minors, written consent from parents or legal guardians is required to participate in the masterclasses. For persons under 16 years of age, the presence of a guardian is recommended.
22. In the absence of the consent of the legal guardian, the organizer reserves the right to remove the candidate from the list of participants.
23. The Participant is obliged to observe the rules of behavior prevailing in music schools and colleges. Gross violations of these rules may result in termination of Participant status.
24. The Organizer is not responsible for the persons participating in the course, in particular, is not obliged to take care of underage Participants.
25. Participants take out liability and accident insurance on their own.
26. The organizer reserves the right to unilaterally determine and change the program and scope of the workshop and these regulations.
INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA
The organizers of the Cracow Harp Masterclasses are the administrators of personal data. The data will be processed for the purposes of the current recruitment for participation in the 4th Cracow Harp Masterclasses and will not be shared with other recipients on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and on the basis of Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
You have the right to:
- request the Administrator to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data,
- to object to such processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority,
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
Personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
